Well, I guess the real question is: How bad do I want to lose the weight? REALLY BAD. Ok, so we jump. My daughter and I have embarked upon a challenge. We are going to do jumping jacks at least 4 times per week increasing the amount we do by ten every week, starting this week and going through lent. I'm going to do three repetitions of ten every day, Monday through Thursday and maybe a few extras if I feel like it on the weekend. That doesn't mean I'm giving up my current morning routine. It means I'm going to add to it. Lord knows I need to. My results have been scanty at best. So, to jump or not to jump? Jump! Jump! And jump again!
